Waiver and Current CSIA Membership Card
- A completed Waiver and a digital copy of your 2025/26 Current Paid CSIA Membership Card must be submitted with your registration for Levels 2, 3 and Trainer Development prior to ANY payment being made.

Member Reinstatements
- If your CSIA membership has lapsed, the link for Membership Reinstatement is below. Please up to 10 working days to complete. This is required to take part in any course.

CSIA Course/Exam Waiver
