Waiver and Current CSIA Membership Card
- A completed Waiver and a digital copy of your 2026/27 Current Paid CSIA Membership Card must be submitted with your registration for Levels 2, 3 and Trainer Development prior to ANY payment being made.

Member Reinstatements
- If your CSIA membership has lapsed, the link for Membership Reinstatement is below. Please up to 10 working days to complete. This is required to take part in any course.
